The travelling exhibition of the ´Stories´ project is presented as the closing event at the place of its origin in the National Museum of Photography.

Stories – A Traveling Exhibition
Exhibiting in Towns and Villages, Dates and Accompanying Programme
The project partners are preparing the traveling exhibition "Stories" - as the first output of the project - for regions in South Bohemia and Northern Waldviertel. In addition to the locations surveyed and photographed, it will also be presented in Waidhofen an der Thaya (seat of the project partner, Waldviertel Academy) and in Jindřichův Hradec (seat of the lead partner of the project, The National Museum of Photography).
The upcoming exhibition will show photographic images of everyday and "not so everyday" contemporary life, as well as historical images stored in archives, private albums and collections.
Presentations of the exhibition will be opened with vernissages, accompanied by guided tours, discussions with historians and bus tours to exhibiting towns for both the Czech and Austrian general public, schools and other educational institutions.

Under the auspices of the "Stories" project two public seminars will take place, a publication of scientific texts of historians with the results of their research also will be released and in the Spring 2012 the public will see the premiere of the final exhibition at the National Museum of Photography. The exhibition will then be presented in the Austrian capital Vienna and in Waidhofen an der Thaya.
